Clearspring Organic Japanese Kuzu is a superior quality organic starch that is naturally extracted from the roots of Japans most vigorous wild plants. Kuzu has a smooth texture and a neutral flavour. Directions
Crush the chunks, dissolve in cold water, add to your cooking liquid and heat.
Stir well when heating.
